  • What is your exchange/return policy?
    Any new/unused products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Any new/unused products can be exchanged within 60 days of your purchase date.
  • Do you offer discounts or promotions?
    Unfortunately, we do not currenly offer any discounts or promotions. SIgn up for our newsletter to be the first to find out about any special offers.
  • How to I cancel or change my order?
    Contact us within 3 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accomodate any changes or cancellations.
  • Do you have any stores?
    Unfortunately, we do not currenly have any storefront locations. All orders go directly through our website.
  • When can I expect my order?
    Our products usually ship from our warehouse within 1-3 days of your purchase. (Delivery may be delayed due to COVID-19.)
  • My item arrived damaged, what should I do?"
    If your merchandise was damaged on delivery, please save the box, packaging and all contents, and contact us as soon as possible.
